To access our phone and internet banking is quick and easy. All you'll need at least one active Members Equity Bank account.
How to register
Personal Accounts:
Please call us on 1300 654 998 to register for phone or internet banking. When you call us, you will be given a Customer ID and a temporary Access Code on the spot which you can use immediately to log on.
Business Accounts:
Please call us on 1300 658 108 to register for Phone or Internet banking. When you call us, you will be given a Customer ID and a temporary Access Code on the spot which you can use immediately to log on.
